01Acceptance

By creating an account, paying for credits, or using any part of PricePulse — the marketing site, the reports product, the MCP server, the managed agent, or any API — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

These terms are a contract between you and Hatch Capital Management LLC, a Florida limited liability company that owns and operates PricePulse. In these terms, "PricePulse," "we," "us," and "our" all refer to Hatch Capital Management LLC.

If you're using PricePulse on behalf of a company, LLC, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

02Account requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate information when you sign up (real name, real email, real company if you list one).
• You must keep your account secure. You're responsible for what happens through your account, including what your team members do if you share access.
• If you connect a property management system or pricing tool to PricePulse, you must have authority to do so on behalf of the properties involved (your own listings, or listings you're contractually authorized to manage).
• One person, one account. Don't create multiple accounts to game free credits or referral bonuses.

03What PricePulse is

PricePulse is real-time short-term-rental market intelligence. We currently sell it three ways:

• Reports — one-shot market and listing analyses you can buy and run on demand. Sold per-report, priced in credits.
• MCP server — a structured tool surface you can connect to your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, your own agent) so it can pull PricePulse data on demand. Sold by credits consumed.
• Managed agent — a fully-managed AI revenue manager that lives in Telegram, reads your PMS and pricing tool, and (with your approval for each change) pushes price updates back to your RMS. Sold as a subscription.

We add features and reports over time. We may also retire features that aren't getting used. Material changes will be communicated by email.

04Pricing, credits, and billing

Credit packs (pay-as-you-go)

You can buy credit packs — currently from $25 (250 credits) up to $250 (2,500 credits) — and use them as you go. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. They sit in your wallet until you spend them.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans bill monthly and grant a credit allowance (500 / 1,000 / 2,000 credits per month). Unused subscription credits roll over up to 1.5× your monthly allowance. Anything above 1.5× is forfeited at the next monthly renewal.

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. Credits already in your wallet at cancellation follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

Managed agent

The managed agent is $49.99 per month base, which includes up to 5 listings and 1,000 credits per month. Each additional listing is $7 per month and includes 200 additional credits. Credits in the managed-agent plan roll over up to 1.5×.

Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the amounts you've agreed to. Failed payments may result in account suspension until resolved.

Refunds

Our default refund policy:

• Credit packs are non-refundable for cash. But credits never expire, so you can use them whenever — there's no use-it-or-lose-it pressure.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. We don't prorate refunds for partial months by default.
• Within 7 days of your first charge, if PricePulse isn't what you expected, email [email protected] and we'll refund the most recent charge. (Subject to verification — see "Acceptable use" below.)

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. We'll usually resolve it faster than a chargeback.

Price changes

We may change prices for new orders. If we change subscription prices for existing customers, you'll get at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

05Acceptable use

Use PricePulse the way it's meant to be used. Specifically, don't:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the agent's responses, reports, or MCP outputs to build a competing data product. The MCP server is for using PricePulse data inside your own workflows, not for becoming PricePulse.
• Abuse free credits or the referral program. Creating fake accounts to farm signup credits or referral bonuses will get all related accounts suspended and the credits clawed back.
• Use PricePulse for anything illegal in your jurisdiction. This includes running unlicensed STR operations in cities that require licensing, evading tax obligations, or anything similar.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of any non-open component of PricePulse.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to compromise the infrastructure. If you find a security issue, report it (see Privacy / Security); don't exploit it.
• Misuse the agent — don't paste prompts trying to extract internal system instructions, training data, or other users' data. The agent is sandboxed but please don't try.
• Resell or sublicense PricePulse without our written agreement. We're working on partnership and reseller tiers; reach out if that's what you want.

We don't have an extensive list of prohibited content because we're a B2B revenue tool — but if you find a clever way to use it for harassment, defamation, or any other harmful purpose, we'll terminate the account.

06Your data and content

You own your data. The property data, pricing history, chat history with the agent, custom reports you generate — all yours.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your data only to operate the service — to read your PMS and RMS, run reports, generate recommendations, push approved price changes, and deliver agent responses. This license ends when you cancel your account (subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy).

We don't use your data to train external AI models. Where the agent or reports need to call an LLM to do their job, we use providers who contractually do not train on API traffic.

If you give us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the product. (You can ignore us; you don't have to give feedback.)

07Our intellectual property

PricePulse, the agent's prompts and logic, our data layer, our report formats, our marketing copy, the brand name, and the logo are all our property (or licensed to us). Using PricePulse doesn't give you ownership over any of it. The reports we generate for you are yours to use for your own business; the underlying templates, methods, and software remain ours.

If you find PricePulse output in a third-party publication or product where it shouldn't be, let us know.

You can terminate your account anytime from the dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, fail to pay, or if we're legally required to. For non-emergency cases we'll give you a reasonable chance to fix the problem first. For emergency cases (security, ongoing harm to others) we may terminate immediately.

On termination, your access to the product ends. Data retention follows the rules in the Privacy Policy. The provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution) survive.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of PricePulse that we can't resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida, before a single arbitrator under the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

No class actions. Disputes between us must be brought individually. You're waiving the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against us.

Exceptions: either party may bring a claim for injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing security harm.

If any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

13General

• Entire agreement. These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and PricePulse on this subject and supersede any prior agreements.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that doesn't mean we've waived it.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
• Assignment. You can't assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
• No agency. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between us.
• Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet-wide outages, etc.).

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the business evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

For material changes — ones that meaningfully alter your rights, what you pay, or how disputes are resolved — we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. If you don't accept, cancel your account before the effective date.

Non-material edits (typos, clarifications, link fixes) take effect when posted.
