  • Tell us what happened. What you were doing, what you expected, and any message you saw. Never send a password or a key.

  • Privacy requests, like a copy of your data or deleting it: we aim to respond within 5 business days, as our privacy policy says.

01Using PricePulse in your AI assistant

Before you connect

You need a PricePulse account with credits in it. A free account starts with 50 credits, and no card is needed: create one, or create it in the sign-in window your AI app opens.

Connecting

Add PricePulse to your AI app as a custom connector (some apps call it an MCP server) with this server address:

Signing in

  • Your app opens PricePulse’s sign-in page. Sign in with your PricePulse account, check what the app can do, then tap Approve. The app never sees your password.
  • In Claude, if the sign-in page doesn’t open, press Connect next to PricePulse in Customize → Connectors.
  • If your app can’t sign in, connect it with a key from your account instead.

Credits

  • Market-data tools use your credits, at each tool’s price in the tool list. Reading your own data and checking your balance are free.
  • Each app you approve can spend up to 200 credits a day, and your account’s daily ceiling applies on top. A request your balance or limits can’t cover is refused and not charged.
  • Your AI can’t buy credits or pay for anything. To buy more, pick a credit pack or a plan on the Pricing page.

Disconnecting

  • Open Account → AI assistant (MCP). Under Connected apps, press Disconnect next to the app, then Disconnect now. It stops working on the next request.
  • For a key, press Revoke next to it under Your keys, then Revoke now. The key and its private link stop working on the next request.
  • You can also remove PricePulse in your AI app’s own connector settings.

Your AI app can only read: it can’t change prices, settings or schedules. Price changes stay with the PricePulse agent in Telegram, behind your Approve tap.
