How is this different from other pricing tools?

Other tools optimize your price. We operate your revenue. The Managed Agent is closer to hiring a revenue manager than buying software — a private AI agent that watches your portfolio, drafts pricing decisions, monitors comps, sends weekly briefings, and escalates the weird stuff to a real human. You can also use PricePulse via reports or MCP — same wallet, lighter touch.

What does it cost?

$49.99/mo base includes your monthly credits for live market data. Each additional listing is $7/mo and adds 200 credits to your monthly allotment. Unused credits roll into your balance. Cancel anytime from your account.

Does the agent actually change my prices, or just suggest?

Your choice. By default, the agent drafts a change and waits for your one-tap approval. In onboarding we set rules for what it can auto-execute — e.g. "auto-approve under ±10%, ask me anything bigger." You can change those rules anytime.

How does it know when to ask a human?

When a decision lands outside the guardrails you set — a large swing, an unusual booking pattern, or a guest issue it can't confidently resolve — it stops and emails you with the full context and its recommendation instead of acting. Nothing high-stakes happens silently.

What integrations are required?

Minimum: one of the supported PMS (Hostaway / Guesty / OwnerRez / Hospitable / Lodgify) OR direct Airbnb hosting. If you want auto-execute on prices, also a dynamic pricing tool (PriceLabs / Wheelhouse / Beyond). If you don't have these yet, start with our Reports surface — it works standalone.
